As a member of HiRoad’s AI solutions team, I developed the dialogues and worked with external teams to deliver an intuitive and effective chatbot. The HiRoad Bot now serves HiRoad customers every day.

I partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver timely FAQ content. I revised meta tags and descriptions to make the content more discoverable for current and future HiRoad customers.
