As a member of HiRoad’s AI solutions team, I developed the dialogues and worked with external teams to deliver an intuitive and effective chatbot. The HiRoad Bot now serves HiRoad customers each day. This content is now the foundation on which newer, more chatbots are created at HiRoad.

I partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver timely FAQ content. I revised meta tags and descriptions to make the content more discoverable for current and future HiRoad customers.
